Why Pole Fitness ?

Pole Fitness is not only fun, it's also a fantastic form of exercise. It will help increase fitness levels, flexibility, strength and endurance without becoming boring or repetitive. Pole Fitness classes take muscular endurance and coordination as well as sensuality. Imagine hanging upside down from the top of a pole with your whole body weight being supported by just one hand or leg, Oh, and also looking elegant all at the same time. Sounds impossible, but once you have tried the classes you will want to progress to these more advanced athletic moves and challenge yourself more and more.

You will also have a great time as well as having an incredible workout. You can simply hold the pole and use it as a dance partner to help you find your inner sensuality, or use it to perform more advanced, athletic moves such as spins, climbs and body inverts.

What you take away from the classes varies from person to person. Some people like the social side of the classes, getting together with others to have a fun workout. Others attend because they don't like going to the gym or the gym atmosphere. It may be because you want to do something completely different that is 'just for you'. Whatever the reason, there are several things you will take away with you, whether it is at a complete beginner level or more advanced. You will feel a boost in confidence, improved self esteem, a femenine sense of empowerment, and of course, that wonderful toning aspect that you only find in a Pole Fitness workout class.
